In an effort to meet the most pressing need of our local building industry, the lack of qualified subcontractors, the HBA of San Angelo has partnered with Howard College to form the first ever Home Builders Association initiated Construction Trades School in the nation. Classes started in the Fall of 2018 and completion of the Construction Trades Facility will be in the Spring of 2019. The HBA of San Angelo is committed to helping overcome the stigma that it's a college degree or nothing. |
